The village hall is set behind the brick built bus stop on the right as you drive up Church Road towards Wormingford. The hall is on the opposite side to the War Memorial and Village Green.) Charges for hiring the hall are as follows:
Private Hire Booking rates - £12.00 an hour for Fordham residents
- £15.00 an hour for non- residents
For regular use and public events - £10.00 an hour - includes Public Liability Insurance
The hall can cater for a maximum of 65 people. Hirers need to consider how they protect their vulnerable users.

Important points:
Please be aware that the hall has no telephone; so if you hire the hall you need to bring a mobile phone with you.
You must be familiar of the Evacuation plan in case of emergency.
The Hirer must be familiar with the Health and Safety policy
The Hirer is responsible for their own Risk Assessment of an event and a copy needs to be provided when booking.
All rubbish must be removed by the hirer after their event.
