Fordham Village Hall

Church Road, Fordham, Essex. CO6 5NA/ CO6 3NE (the village hall has no postal address, but either of these will bring you into Church Road. The village hall is set behind the brick built bus stop on the right as drive into Moat Road towards Wormingford, on the opposite side to the Post Office and Village Green.) Charity Number 1007775


We would like to than Matthew from the village with his family and friends who volunteered to paint the hall free of charge.The hall looks lovely and fresh and we have had so many positive comments about it.

Thank you also to Terry Hill for fixing the new heaters and grills.









Our first Apple Day on the 13th October raised over £130 for funds. Many thanks to David Baker and Rob Malcolm for providing the apples and who operated the apple press












The Coloured Pencil Art Group which was running on the 4th Thursday of every month and 2nd Saturday of the month, has now added the 3rd Thursday of the month too. If you wish to contact Jackie please see the group page for details. The group recently had a weekend of art with a guest artist. Here is a picture of Bernard who was the subject of one of their drawings.

The Fordham Ladies Book Club is going well and meet at 2.00p.m. once a month on a Wednesday. Next meeting is 6th November at the Three Horse Shoes. Please contact Jackie on if you would like to be part of the group.
